AL PASSO DEL LEONE Bianco

Launched in 2008, the AL PASSO DEL LEONE Bianco was our first Demeter-certified wine and is a clear statement of our commitment to winemaking based on biodynamic principles. Our goal today is to motivate our vintner partners to farm their grapes biodynamically or organically. Lots of our partners already do so: Fully mature, healthy grapes of their vineyards from all over Alto Adige are combined to create the harmonious composition of the AL PASSO DEL LEONE Bianco.

Vineyards in Magrè, Cortaccia and Valle Isarco. 230 - 950 metres a.s.l.

Soil

Sandy, gravelly and with an important content of limestone

Vinification

On the lees in stainless steel tanks (approximately 4 months).
Spontaneous fermentation, in stainless steel tanks
