Our ‘Rarum’ offerings intend to demonstrate that Alto Adige is blessed with all the conditions for the production of long-lasting wines, both white and red. We began in the 1990s to set aside an Estate Reserve of considerable quantities of our various Estate wines, from Löwengang to Cor Römigberg, and we are happy now to be able to offer you fully fine vintages - up to twenty years old - of these wines.
